Complaints Procedure
I am committed to providing a high-quality, ethical service. If something isn't right, I want to know so I can address it.
As a registered member of COSCA (Counselling & Psychotherapy in Scotland), I am bound by their Statement of Ethics and Code of Practice. You have the right to have any concerns or complaints addressed professionally and fairly.
Informal Resolution
If you feel comfortable doing so, I encourage you to raise any concerns directly with me in the first instance. Often, a conversation can clarify misunderstandings and help us find a way forward together.
Review by COSCA
If the complaint is not resolved through my internal procedure, or if you feel the matter is too serious for local resolution, you can refer the complaint to COSCA.
